Built to run against a schedule
Retail detailing is one car, one afternoon. Fleet work is a repeatable process that has to hold its standard across dozens of vehicles and every visit — which is a different discipline, and the one we've built for.

We work where your vehicles are
Depot, garage, lot or curbside. We're fully self-contained — our own water, filtration and power — so we don't need anything installed at your site to operate.
Scheduled turnarounds
Fixed windows, agreed vehicle counts, consistent standard. We work to the cadence your operation actually runs at rather than one-off bookings.
Insured and COI-ready
Certificate of insurance issued same-day for your property manager or facilities team. Routine for us — most downtown buildings require it.
A documented standard
The same process on every vehicle, every visit, so quality doesn't drift across a fleet. Photo documentation on request.

Fleet questions
What's the minimum fleet size you'll take on?
There isn't a hard minimum. What matters more is cadence — a handful of vehicles on a regular weekly schedule works well for both sides, whereas a one-off batch is usually better priced as individual details.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes, same day. Send us the certificate holder details and any additional-insured requirements from your facilities team and we'll have it issued.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Fleet pricing is quoted per vehicle against an agreed schedule and volume, and it sits well below our retail rates. Tell us the vehicle mix and the frequency and we'll put a number in writing.
Can you work overnight or outside business hours?
For fleet accounts, yes. Vehicles that earn during the day are best serviced when they're idle, and we schedule around that.
How do you invoice fleet accounts?
Consolidated monthly invoicing on net terms, with a per-vehicle breakdown. Bank transfer rather than card.
Tell us the fleet and the cadence
Vehicle mix, approximate count, how often, and where they sit. We'll come back with per-vehicle pricing against that schedule, in writing.
One invoice. One standard. Every vehicle.
