San Francisco does specific things to cars: salt fog off the Pacific, sand out of Ocean Beach, construction fallout across the eastern neighborhoods, brake dust off gradients most cities don't have. We built the service around that.
Diamond Bay Detailing is run by Eugenio De La Cruz, a mobile detailer working across San Francisco. It started because the standard model made no sense here: asking someone in a city where parking is the hardest part of the day to surrender their car for eight hours and find a way home is a bad trade, and it was the only option on offer.
So the shop travels instead. We carry our own water, filtration and power, which means we can work a Sunset driveway, a Nob Hill garage or a curbside space in the Mission without needing anything from you but access to the vehicle. In buildings where drainage is restricted we work rinseless — a fraction of the water, no runoff, nothing for a property manager to object to.
Alongside residential customers, Eugenio details vehicles for Bay Area fleet operators, including autonomous vehicle programs and rideshare operations. That work has a useful discipline to it: a fleet doesn't tolerate a process that drifts, so the standard has to be documented and repeatable. Your car gets the same one.

We tell you what won't come out
Some stains are dye transfer. Some scratches are through the clearcoat. Some smells need more than a detail. We say so before we start, because the alternative is you paying for a result nobody could deliver.
The quote is the price
Anything that would change it gets raised before we begin, not discovered at handover. No add-ons appear on the invoice that you didn't agree to.
We don't sell you correction you don't need
Paint correction is profitable and frequently unnecessary. If a decontamination and sealant will get you 90% of the way there, that's what we'll recommend.
